Phoenix Coaters is pleased to announce the opening of its third facility, and fifth coating line located at 120 Industrial Drive, Beaver Dam, WI. An employee open house and ribbon cutting ceremony was recently held for this 303,000 square foot facility.
Tours, demonstrations, and discussions of coating technology were shared. Even people who may have visited Phoenix Coaters other coating locations were amazed at the technology that went into this facility. This was a chance for employee shareholders from other divisions to see the impressive facility for themselves and meet the professionals dedicated to making this new facility possible. The ribbon cutting ceremony included speeches from Bob Kamphuis, Chairman, President, & CEO of MEC, Tom Kennedy, Mayor of Beaver Dam, and Trent Campbell, Beaver Dam Economic Development. “We had great success in building this facility. It was great to see our employee shareholders share the excitement with their families,” said Kamphuis.
Phoenix Coaters is the largest coating facility in the Midwest and is very proud of the capabilities of its people and equipment and its role in the community. This event was meant to share the pride with the communities where we live and work.
