Cliff Sanderson Joins MEC to Lead Human Resources for the Company.


Mayville, Wis. – Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. (MEC) announced the addition of Cliff Sanderson as the company’s new vice president of human resources.  Mr. Sanderson most recently held the human resources leadership position with Coleman Cable, Inc. in Waukegan, Illinois and comes to MEC with over 25 years of experience.    

“I’m pleased to have Cliff join our company and his experience with multiple manufacturing locations and acquired facilities will be a great asset to our team,” said Robert Kamphuis, chairman, president and CEO of MEC.  “His responsibilities will include working closely with our facilities to lead the development of innovative training, development and benefits programs,” he continued. 

In addition to his extensive experience, Mr. Sanderson holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Illinois, a master’s of science degree in human resources and a master of business administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management.   “I’m very excited to join the MEC team and being a part of its unique employee-owned organization,” he said.  “The company continues to grow and expand and I think that it speaks to the tremendous team of dedicated employees that produce excellent results for their customers each and every day,” Sanderson added.
