MEC Named to Wisconsin 75 List for 19th Consecutive Year

Mayville, WI – September 29, 2022 – Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. (NYSE: MEC) (“MEC”) is proud to announce their ranking as number 48 on the list of the largest closely held companies in the state of Wisconsin.

MEC has been headquartered in Wisconsin since its inception in 1945 and maintains significant manufacturing operations located in Mayville, Beaver Dam, Neillsville, and Wautoma. Overall, the company operates 20 facilities in seven states with more than three million square feet of manufacturing space, mostly in the midwest.

MEC was approximately 50% employee-owned during 2021 with more than 2,000 employee shareholders. 

The Company completed a public offering in May 2019 and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange, trading under the symbol “MEC”.
