MEC made the Final 4! MEC Outdoors, of Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. (NYSE:MEC) is in the top 4 bracket of the Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin contest.

Voting began September 9th with over 150 companies nominated, including MEC. In a March Madness style bracket, the field was narrowed to 16, then 8, and now the final 4. Thanks to all who voted, MEC Outdoors has been elevated to the Final 4! Voting in the Top 4 runs from October 1st – 8th with the winner announced on October 8th. This annual contest hosted by WMC (Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce) & Johnson Financial Group aims to highlight the state’s manufacturing industry by showcasing the great products made in Wisconsin. This year, MEC Outdoors 400 Defender Clay Target Machine was nominated as one of the Coolest Things Made in Wisconsin. Launched earlier this year at the 2019 SHOT Show in Las Vegas, this machine was designed and built by MEC Outdoors with their customers in mind. The 400 Defender is an affordable clay target machine with unmatched target presentations and unrivaled features.
